Sublimation printing process 🖨️

For optimal print results, we recommend using SAWGRASS cartridges and TRUE PIX paper. Follow these steps for a perfect mug print:

1. Press settings: Temperature 175°C and time 175 seconds, medium-firm pressure.
2. Preparation: Secure the transfer to the mug with heat-resistant tape.
3. Printing: Use a mug press and beware of high temperatures to avoid burns – we recommend using protective gloves.

Tip for better results 📸

For a clearer and higher-contrast photo on the mug, immediately after removing the transfer quickly wrap the mug in a T-shirt or immerse it in cold water, which will stop the sublimation process. You’ll achieve an even better effect if you use a ventilated cooling stand.

For a faster process and better paper efficiency, we recommend using mug paper, which is designed to optimally conform to the surface of the mug.
