CAPILLARY FILM, in roll 0.64×10 m

Murakami MS capillary film is intended for creating excellent stencils with very simple application techniques.

An excellent replacement for liquid emulsion, with which you will easily develop fine details at the most demanding resolutions.

In stock is a capillary film with a thickness of 80 microns and 100 microns in a roll 0.64 x 10 m, which can be ordered by the meter.

All other thicknesses (from 15 to 100 microns) are available by pre-order.

CAPILLARY FILM CAN BE APPLIED IN TWO WAYS:

APPLICATION METHOD WITH LIQUID EMULSION:
1. remove the protective film from the capillary film
2. place the film with the bare side up on a flat table
3. lay the screen over the film so that the mesh touches the film
4. pour a little liquid emulsion on the screen on the top side of the film1POT SOL C2 or Screencoat WHDthen pull evenly across the film with the squeegee twice.
5. dry the screen in a warm chamber (up to 40°C) in a horizontal position
6. the prepared screens can wait for several months in a dark place.

METHOD OF APPLICATION WITH WATER:
1. remove the protective film from the capillary film
2. wet the screen with water
3. place the capillary film with the side from which you removed the protective film onto the screen (the side of the screen that will be in contact with the print)
4. evenly pull the squeegee over both sides of the screen to remove excess water
5. dry the screen in a warm chamber (up to 40°C) in a horizontal position
6. the prepared screens can wait for several months in a dark place.

EXPOSURE TIMES

Important: These times are reference values for exposing a white mesh with a 5000 watt halogen lamp positioned 130 cm away from the table. They can aid in exposure but are dependent on many factors (mesh color, thread density, distance and intensity of light source, etc.).
