UV-DTF (UV Direct-to-Film) stickers are suitable for various hard surfaces, such as metal, ceramic, plastic, and finished wood. You apply UV-DTF stickers to clean and dry surfaces, without heat or any other treatment. Simply remove the protective film, apply it to the surface, and carefully remove the transfer film. Only the ink will remain on the surface—exactly what you wanted. UV DTF stickers are very similar to direct UV printing and are an ideal solution for surfaces that a UV printer can’t reach.

How does the production of UV-DTF stickers work?

1️⃣ Design preparation – Create the design in a graphic program at high resolution and with the correct dimensions. One sheet can contain many different designs. 
2️⃣ Printing on adhesive PET film – We will print your design directly onto adhesive PET film s using a specialized UV printer. The ink will be protected on both sides: on one side with a protective film, and on the other side with a transfer film.
3️⃣ Transfer to the surface – The film with the design is pressed onto the substrate with moderate pressure, without using heat.
4️⃣ Removing the PET film – After the bonding time, the transfer film is removed and the design remains on the surface. Smooth it out a bit and that’s it.

Which surfaces are UV-DTF stickers suitable for?

We offer custom PVC sticker production with premium digital printing and precise contour cutting. Stickers are printed on high-quality PVC film, suitable for application on:

For additional protection against weather conditions, scratches, and UV rays, you can also order sticker lamination (clear protective film).

📏 Material Width and Billing Method

• We print on PVC film 60 cm wide.

• The service price is expressed per linear meter.

We adjust the material length according to your needs. Stickers are printed and cut according to the outer design contour (without unnecessary white background).

📄 File Preparation Instructions

For optimal results in PVC sticker production, prepare files according to the following instructions:

• File Formats: PDF for vector graphics, PNG for raster images (1:1, 300 dpi).

• Color Space: We recommend RGB for more vibrant colors or CMYK for more accurate color values.

• Design Preparation:

  • All elements should have a clearly defined contour for cutting.

  • Remove unwanted backgrounds, do not use transparent colors.

  • For small text and large areas, we recommend separate design preparation.

We create sublimation transfers on premium TruPix sublimation paper, using a Sawgrass SG1000 printer and original Sawgrass inks.

The following transfer formats are available:

We offer professional screen printing mesh tensioning with various densities, from 32 threads/cm to 120 threads/cm.
You can choose between white and yellow meshes, and for certain densities, you can also select the mesh color of your choice.

For the best print quality, the correct mesh tension is crucial.
Uneven or too loose mesh can cause printing issues such as:

• misalignment of the print at the frame edges,

• uneven ink application,

• shortened lifespan of the mesh and squeegee.

With professional tensioning, we ensure uniform tension and optimal preparation of your screens.

📏 Technical Tensioning Data
