All screens have white mesh, which is much more economical for exposure time. Frames are made from 30 mm x 30 mm aluminum tubes.

Approximate external dimensions of the printing frames:

> 43 cm x 35 cm (approx. A3)

Not sure which mesh density you need? Don’t worry! The higher the number of “T”, the greater the number of mesh lines per cm, and thus the finer the mesh.

> 32T – Textile printing. Due to the greater color passage through the mesh, it is an excellent choice for printing special effects (puff, 3D, glitter, etc.). Useful for printing lighter colors on darker fabrics.

> 43T – Textile printing. The most commonly used mesh, especially recommended for screen printing with Newtex AF water-based inks.

> 55T – Textile printing. Quite similar results to the 43T mesh, but a better choice when you want to achieve precise detail print.

> 61T – Textile printing. Medium mesh density with high tension and low elongation, with excellent tear resistance and dimensional stability. Suitable for screen printing with Avantex plastisol inks.

> 77T – Printing on textiles, cardboard, and paper, PVC. Suitable for printing with Vinilstar solvent-based inks.

> 90T – Printing on textiles, paper, and cardboard. Smaller details with plastisol inks are easy and coverage optimal. A smooth print surface will be achieved.

> 120T – Printing on textiles, paper, and cardboard. For printing super fine details. Also recommended for printing Avantex plastisol process inks.

Brown adhesive tape is an essential tool for taping and protecting screens. The tape peels off nicely after printing and does not leave any adhesive residue on the emulsion.

You can use it to cover a specific part of the design you will print later, as that part of the screen will remain undamaged after the tape is removed. It also provides sufficient quality to be used for packing cardboard boxes.

You can choose between white and yellow meshes, and for certain densities, you can also select the mesh color of your choice.

For the best print quality, the correct mesh tension is crucial.
Uneven or too loose mesh can cause printing issues such as:

• misalignment of the print at the frame edges,

• uneven ink application,

• shortened lifespan of the mesh and squeegee.

• Tensioning using a larger number of clamps for optimal tension uniformity.

• The adhesive is applied immediately after reaching the desired tension.

• After tensioning, we recommend using the new screen only after 24 hours.

• Always degrease the mesh before applying emulsion (we recommend the cleaner Deterstrip-111).
