We wanted to save your time, so you don’t waste time searching for products for the start and at the same time prepare a more affordable offer.

It is better to take a little more time to properly prepare the screen, rather than being dissatisfied with the problems you may encounter during printing. In the end, only a beautiful and high-quality print on the shirt matters.

The package includes all the key products that enable a well-cleaned and degreased screen and a high-quality universal emulsion that you can easily apply to the screen with a matching aluminum trough. The extremely durable Screencoat WHD emulsion can be used for all types of paints (water-based, plastisol, PVC, and nylon printing inks), for all types of screen meshes, and for printing simple designs or halftone graphics (fine details). To prevent the paint from leaking through areas without emulsion during printing, you can easily protect the screen with brown tape. There are various tapes available on the market, but it often happens that they leave residues on the screen mesh during removal, making them difficult to remove or they don’t adhere properly and peel off during printing. With the tape from the package, you will not have such problems and you will be able to remove it easily.

– universal WHD emulsion + hardener, 1 kg

– trough for applying emulsion, 40 cm

– emulsion remover Stripcoat 110, 500ml

– screen degreaser Deterstrip 110, 500ml

– brown tape for screen protection.

With this kit, you can print stunning designs on T-shirts at home, in your garage, workshop, or even a professional print shop. The Newtex AF Black Textile Ink is water-based, so once you add the Z.107 catalyst, you can easily cure the print on your T-shirt using just an industrial dryer or a heat press. It offers high coverage and is ready to use straight from the original packaging. To ensure smooth printing and minimize cleaning during production (since water evaporation can cause the ink to dry and clog the screen), we’ve included Gel 306 retarder, specially formulated for Newtex AF inks. The high-quality Screencoat WHD universal emulsion comes with a hardener for better durability and repeated use of your coated screen. For an even and precise emulsion application, use the matching aluminum scoop coater. Of course, we’ve also included cleaning agents to ensure your screen is thoroughly cleaned and degreased.

If you need a specific PANTONE shade, you can easily mix it using the recipes.

And if you are not skilled at this, we are happy to mix the color specifically for you.

Don’t worry, the recipes are tested in our own printing house.
