Semi-automatic heat press

The Calortrans cap press is equipped with a magnetic automatic opening system. When the transfer time has elapsed, the press opens automatically. This feature is especially interesting for production, as the operator does not have to rush to the press when the transfer time is finished.

Aluminum vs. rubber heating element

Most cap press manufacturers use rubber heating elements. The disadvantage of a rubber heating element is that these elements cool down quickly when the press is in the open position. This is the main cause of large temperature fluctuations. The Calortrans CT-C50M is equipped with a Teflon-coated aluminum heating element, which ensures that the temperature remains constant. A major advantage for repeated transfers onto caps.

Shapes and sizes

The working surface of the cap element is 15×8 cm and is designed to fit the latest caps on the market. The additional element for a chest logo can be used for transferring designs up to a size of 15×15 cm.

A more compact and affordable version of the M-55 press, ideal for occasional use and hobby programs.

The CT-M100II mug heat press is reliable and high-quality, with a special design that enables optimal distribution of heat and pressure across the mug, resulting in an ideal finish even along the edges.

You receive the M-55 heat press with an exceptionally high-quality heating element, suitable for printing all classic wide mugs, food containers, tankards…

It is optimized to provide even temperature and pressure over the entire mug, even at the edges.

Temperature and pressure are even and constant. As a result, every print is high quality.

Use is simple:

At the beginning, set the pressing time, temperature, and pressure. When pressing is finished, you will hear an audible signal; then open the press and carefully remove the mug.
Remove the transfer and carefully set the mug down.
Tip: to make the image even sharper, immediately after removing the transfer, wrap the mug in a clean, unprinted cloth to cool it down faster. This will definitively stop the sublimation process.

We offer custom PVC sticker production with premium digital printing and precise contour cutting. Stickers are printed on high-quality PVC film, suitable for application on:

• vehicles 🚗

• glass and mirrors 🪟

• metal, plastic, and other smooth surfaces.

For additional protection against weather conditions, scratches, and UV rays, you can also order sticker lamination (clear protective film).

📏 Material Width and Billing Method

• We print on PVC film 60 cm wide.

• The service price is expressed per linear meter.

• The minimum billing quantity is 1 linear meter.

We adjust the material length according to your needs. Stickers are printed and cut according to the outer design contour (without unnecessary white background).

📄 File Preparation Instructions

For optimal results in PVC sticker production, prepare files according to the following instructions:

• File Formats: PDF for vector graphics, PNG for raster images (1:1, 300 dpi).

• Color Space: We recommend RGB for more vibrant colors or CMYK for more accurate color values.

• Design Preparation:

  • All elements should have a clearly defined contour for cutting.

  • Remove unwanted backgrounds, do not use transparent colors.

  • For small text and large areas, we recommend separate design preparation.

  • White color represents the base color (self-adhesive film).

🎯 Sublimation Transfers for A3, A4, and Mugs

We create sublimation transfers on premium TruPix sublimation paper, using a Sawgrass SG1000 printer and original Sawgrass inks.

The following transfer formats are available:

• A3 (297 × 420 mm)

• A4 (210 × 297 mm)

• Mug format (238 × 98 mm)

We print precisely, with rich and durable colors suitable for transfer to various sublimation products.

Beautiful gold and silver shades that will upgrade your products and make them something special.

The gold and silver foil for textile printing will simply amaze you when you cut even the finer details with it, which you want to use to decorate your product.

Extremely elastic, very smooth and thin to the touch (80 microns). Easy to use and highly opaque, washable at slightly lower temperatures.

You can use it for printing on textiles – T-shirts, baby bodysuits, jackets, aprons, caps, backpacks, cotton bags, umbrellas, and many other products.

You can choose between matte and metallic (metal) appearance of gold or silver foils.

We cut the foil to the desired length per meter or you can choose a whole roll of 25.5 m length.

With GLITTER flex foil, your products will shine in all their beauty, which is why we have prepared special kits in various color combinations.

Glitter foil has the appearance of real glitter, which is also tactile. It is extremely durable when washed, as the glitter does not fall off.

It is elastic, 275-micron foil, easy to use, highly opaque, and washable up to 40°C.

You can use it for printing on T-shirts, children’s bodysuits, jackets, aprons, caps, backpacks, cotton bags, umbrellas…

The kits consist of:

With special films for plotters designed for printing on textile products, the printed items will become just perfect. The selection includes special-looking films such as flock – fuzzy, reflective, sparkle – glittering, luminescent, and much more.

Flex film for plotters is exceptionally thin, elastic, and highly opaque, intended for printing on textile products, and is washable up to 60°C. For some films, like sparkle, be more careful with washing and use gentle washing, as the film is multi-layered and can peel off with excessive heating. Similarly, for all films, tumble drying is not recommended; the manufacturer’s specification requires air drying.

Due to its adhesive base, it is also ideal for cutting smaller details.

With it, you can print on cotton, polyester, lycra, and nylon (test before use).

You can use the film for printing on T-shirts, baby bodysuits, jackets, aprons, hats, backpacks, cotton bags, umbrellas, etc..

Among the special films with special effects, you can find:

• reflective film for T-shirts with a cat’s eye effect (the reflective printing system with the film does not have a protective function)
• 3D white color – thicker film with a 3D print effect
• spectrum iridescent silver/color film and sparkle gold film (handwash recommended, the film is multilayered and tends to peel off)
• luminous film with a glow-in-the-dark effect. The film charges in the light and emits light when it’s dark
• flock film – velvet-like film, currently available only in black and white
