Application recommendations (practice)

The application amount depends on the fabric and textile color. As a starting point, approximately 20 g per 30 × 40 cm area on a dark T-shirt is often used, then the parameter is adjusted based on the result (application uniformity, amount of white ink, hand feel of the print after drying). We recommend weighing the application and recording settings during tests.

Procedure (typical workflow)

• Evenly spray the liquid onto the T-shirt to cover the entire print area.
• Drying (you can dry in a tunnel dryer or drawer dryer), then brief leveling with a heat press if needed.
• Print with your system’s standard settings; adjust parameters depending on the textile.
