Starter Kit for T-Shirt Screen Printing

The Starter Kit for T-shirt printing is perfect for hobbyists or enthusiasts who have been practicing screen printing for a while.

It’s designed to provide you with everything you need to start screen printing with water-based inks on T-shirts right away.

Our goal is to save you time searching for essential products for simple color printing, while also offering a more affordable package.

To help you achieve truly high-quality prints on your shirts, we’ve included products in the kit that are easy to use and deliver great results.

With this kit, you can print stunning designs on T-shirts at home, in your garage, workshop, or even a professional print shop. The Newtex AF Black Textile Ink is water-based, so once you add the Z.107 catalyst, you can easily cure the print on your T-shirt using just an industrial dryer or a heat press. It offers high coverage and is ready to use straight from the original packaging. To ensure smooth printing and minimize cleaning during production (since water evaporation can cause the ink to dry and clog the screen), we’ve included Gel 306 retarder, specially formulated for Newtex AF inks. The high-quality Screencoat WHD universal emulsion comes with a hardener for better durability and repeated use of your coated screen. For an even and precise emulsion application, use the matching aluminum scoop coater. Of course, we’ve also included cleaning agents to ensure your screen is thoroughly cleaned and degreased.

The kit includes:

– Screen with aluminum frame, 51×46 cm, mesh count 43T

– Universal WHD emulsion + hardener for WHD emulsion, 1 kg

– 35 cm emulsion scoop coater

– Newtex AF black water-based ink, 1 kg

– Z.107 catalyst, 0.25 ml

– Gel 308 water-based ink retarder, 500 ml

– Aluminum squeegee holder with medium-hard rubber (green 75SH), 30 cm

– Stripcoat 110 emulsion remover, 500 ml

– Deterstrip 110 screen degreaser, 500 ml
