Custom UV-DTF stickers with your graphics 🎨

UV-DTF (UV Direct-to-Film) stickers are suitable for various hard surfaces, such as metal, ceramic, plastic, and finished wood. You apply UV-DTF stickers to clean and dry surfaces, without heat or any other treatment. Simply remove the protective film, apply it to the surface, and carefully remove the transfer film. Only the ink will remain on the surface—exactly what you wanted. UV DTF stickers are very similar to direct UV printing and are an ideal solution for surfaces that a UV printer can’t reach.

How does the production of UV-DTF stickers work?

1️⃣ Design preparation – Create the design in a graphic program at high resolution and with the correct dimensions. One sheet can contain many different designs. 
2️⃣ Printing on adhesive PET film – We will print your design directly onto adhesive PET film s using a specialized UV printer. The ink will be protected on both sides: on one side with a protective film, and on the other side with a transfer film.
3️⃣ Transfer to the surface – The film with the design is pressed onto the substrate with moderate pressure, without using heat.
4️⃣ Removing the PET film – After the bonding time, the transfer film is removed and the design remains on the surface. Smooth it out a bit and that’s it.

Which surfaces are UV-DTF stickers suitable for?

✅ Excellent durability:
✔️ Metal – strong adhesion and a long service life.
✔️ Ceramics – suitable for decorative items such as vases. Not dishwasher-safe.
✔️ Plastic – good adhesion, depending on the type of plastic.

⚠️ Limited durability:
✔️ Wood – recommended only for varnished or treated surfaces.
✔️ Glass – suitable for decorative products, not recommended for glasses or items that go in the dishwasher – they are not durable for frequent hand-washing or machine washing. Stickers do not adhere to silicone and rubber.
